Consulting: sodium (23Na) MRI
This service provides consulting of the knowledge, pulse sequence, image recon, data processing, and clinical applications of sodium MR imaging. For details, please contact the PI of Qian's Lab for MRI.
Consulting: UTE proton (1H) MRI
This service provides consulting of the knowledge, pulse sequence, image recon, data processing, and clinical applications of ultrashort echo time (UTE) MR imaging. For details, please contact the PI of Qian's Lab for MRI.
Data processing: Bi-component T2 (T2*) mapping
This service provides data processing for T2 (or T2*) mapping with a model of two component exponential decays plus a term of constant. This mapping is performed at a pixel-by-pixel basis. Consulting is also provided on request for the design of echo times (TEs) for the bi-component T2 (T2*) mapping. For details, please contact the PI of Qian's Lab for MRI.
Data processing: Mono-component T2 (T2*, T1, T1rho) mapping
This service provides data processing for T2 (T2*, T1, or T1rho) mapping with a model of one component exponential decay and a constant term. For details, please contact the PI of Qian's Lab for MRI.
Data processing: Motion correction (rigid-body) between MRI images
This service provides data processing for motion calculation and correction between MRI images for T1 (T2) mapping. It is based on the rigid-body model and works on a region of interest (ROI) in the image. It calculates the motion in translation, rotation and scaling relative to a reference imaging, and then applies these motion parameters to the ROI in a target image for motion correction.
