This study is to develop predictive methodologies for early assessment of response of malignant brain tumors to cancer therapy by combining novel quantitative imaging biomarkers targeted by molecular agents which are quantatively imaged by PET with tracers 18F FLT and ML-10 PET and by MRI including soidum imaging, togather with patient outcomes and tissue biomarkers. Dr. Yongxian Qian from Qian's Lab for MRI at the General Labs Cloud, LLC is participating in this project as consultant for sodium MR imaging.
